This will be a small, one day trial, with room for 10 dogs. Therefore, it is important to notify us of your intention to trial as soon as possible. Here's what to do:

1. [Send a message] indicating your desire to trial your dog, and in what event(s). This will get you on the list. Anyone who has already notified us of their intention to trial need not notify us again.
2. [Download], complete, and mail your application. You must include copies of all necessary documents and payment.
3. All entries will be processed in the order of a) the date of your message, and b) the date your application is received.
4. If your message is received while entries are still open, your check, upon receipt, will be cashed, and you will be notified of your acceptance. Your payment will be non-refundable.
5. If your message is received after all entries have been filled, your check will be held, and you will be placed on a waiting list.
6. Applications on the waiting list will be accepted (in the order which messages were received) if entries on the main list are withdrawn prior to the entry deadline date. Once accepted, checks will be cashed, and payment will be non-refundable.
7. All remaining applications will be discarded, and checks will be destroyed or returned, at applicant's preference.

The entry deadline is January 29, 2009. Entries not received by this date, or incomplete entries, will not be considered.
